Year-Round Indoor Horseback Riding Arena
Our primary purpose at the ranch is to provide a place for people to step out of life’s pace into a picturesque ranch setting where they can let down their guard, and experience beautiful horses, top notch facilities, quality teaching, and a deeper understanding of a creator who loves them. The staff is made up of a team of year round, part time, seasonal and volunteer individuals who are dedicated to developing relationships, teaching, mentoring, and instructing.
The ranch maintains site accreditation from the Certified Horsemanship Association, a nationally recognized standard for horsemanship safety and education. Our riding instructors also maintain CHA certifications and are continually perusing a better understanding of horsemanship. At the ranch we teach both western and english riding as well as a number of associated skills. The horses are of different breeding, and are carefully trained to accommodate many different levels of riders.

Running a horsemanship program in Alaska is a challenging endeavor that requires a lot of volunteers, financial, and prayer support. Please consider helping the barn ministry by supporting one of these areas.
Prayer support- sign up to receive update letters from Li-Wa's Barn Staff and pray for us throughout the year. Sponsor a Horse- pledge a monthly amount of support to help take care of the horses.
One Time Gift- give towards the horsemanship fund to help us purchase much needed items like tack, new horses, and pay for repairs on the barn.
Support the Staff- Bethany Flynn (Horsemanship Director) and Ashley Knowlton (Head Wrangler) work as missionaries supported by people like you. Both are currently in need of financial and prayer support. Prayerfully consider helping to meet their needs.
