All Victory Ministries staff are missionaries, investing their lives to serve Alaskans in the mission of supporting the body of Christ to reach the lost. Staff are required to seek financial support through churches, friends and family to provide for their financial needs as missionaries. Victory Ministries will provide ongoing support to assist in this process.

Being a camp counselor involves leading an interactive Bible study each day and getting to know your campers through activities such as the climbing wall, horse rides, group games, canoes, dirt boards, etc. Camp Counselors should be mature, responsible, young people who have a deep love for youth and a true desire to disciple. Counselors must be 18 years of age and preferably have one year of college or work completed. |

As a C.I.T., you get to work under a counselor and participate in all of the great activities of camp like archery, riflery, canoeing and crafts while ministering to the campers. Camp Li-Wa is seeking mature, responsible, young people who have a deep love for children and a passion for the Lord. Program Assistant’s must be 16 years of age. |

| Description: |
Includes teaching horsemanship (using CHA standards), leading trail rides, training young horses, re-training older horses, stable maintenance, etc. Applicant must be interested in using horses to share biblical truths. CHA instructor and trail certification required and are provided by the Camp. Previous experience desired. Applicant must be 18 years of age and preferably have one year of college or work completed. Current standard First Aid and CPR cards desirable. |

Wrangler in Training |
| Description: |
This position is designed for those who would like to be future wranglers. This is an opportunity for you to work alongside the wranglers and assist them in teaching the horsemanship program. Applicants must have an interest in sharing the truths of the Bible through the opportunities this unique camp provides. We ask for a commitment of the summer. CHA level II experience is preferred. Applicant must be at least 16 years of age. |

Includes interviewing each camper at the start of the week checking their general health, checking the medications sent by the parents. See to the first aid needs of the campers and staff. Previous camping experience preferred but not required. Medical staff should have nurses training while licensed staff will take preference. |
