Camp Li-Wa (Living Water) was started in 1959 and was operated as part of the Denali Bible Church in Fairbanks for 25 years mainly as a summer camp. Wycliff also had a missionary here. Camp Li-Wa was turned over to InterAct Ministries (Victory's parent organization) and then to Victory Ministries.
Camp Li-Wa runs eight weeks of summer camp. It is also a fall, winter, and spring retreat and conference center for churches and organizations in the area and has a heated riding arena to minister to the needs of the Fairbanks community. Camp Li-Wa is located just five miles from Fairbanks and ministers in that area and many other parts of the Interior of Alaska.
